The Worthiness EMDR Intensive

You Were Always Enough
Your mind knows it, but does your body?
EMDR Intensives for spiritually-oriented high achievers ready to bring their body into alignment with what their mind knows is true.
You've done all the healing work. So why don't you feel healed?
You've been to therapy. Multiple therapists, probably.
You've read the books - Brené, Bessel, Gabor.
You journal, you meditate,
You can name your attachment style
Explain your childhood wounds.
You identify your triggers in real-time.
You KNOW you're worthy. You KNOW you're enough.
You can say it out loud.
And genuinely believe it... in your mind.
But you're watching yourself repeat patterns you KNOW are unhealthy.
That's because that wounded part of you - the one who learned love was earned through achievement, perfection, being helpful, staying small:
she's still running the show.
You still:
-
Overwork and burn out, then feel guilty for resting
-
Say yes when you mean no, then resent everyone
-
Feel like an imposter no matter how much you accomplish
-
Understand your worth cognitively but don't feel it in your bones
-
Give and give and give, terrified of being "too much" if you actually receive
-
Achieve the next thing hoping THIS will finally make you feel enough
The deeper truth you're living:
You're exhausted from self-improvement.
Your spiritual practice opened doors but didn't complete the healing.
Weekly therapy helped but hit a ceiling.
You're terrified you'll pass this wound to your children despite everything you're doing.
You feel disconnected from your body - it's holding the trauma you can't access cognitively.
And underneath it all, the fear whispers:
"What if I've done all this work and I'm STILL not enough?"
"What if I'm broken beyond repair?"
"What if love really IS conditional and I just haven't earned it yet?"
You're not broken.
You're not stuck because you haven't tried hard enough.
You're stuck because the wound lives in your BODY, not your mind.
And you can't think - or meditate - your way out of what's stored in your nervous system.
What You're Really Saying:

From your head to your heart.
When you say "I want to feel my worth, not just know it" -
What you're really saying is:
"I want to come home to myself."
When you say "I want to stop overworking and set boundaries" -
What you're really saying is:
"I want to stop performing and just BE."
When you say "I want to break the cycle before my daughter inherits this" -
What you're really saying is:
"I want wholeness NOW, not years from now."
When you say "I want the cognitive work to finally land in my body" -
What you're really saying is:
"I want my body to feel safe."
"I want to stop running from myself."
"I want to meet that little girl inside and bring her peace."
"I want the spiritual truth I KNOW to become embodied reality."
"I want freedom from the 'not enough' voice."
"I want to be seen for who I am, not what I do."
Here's what most therapy misses - and what your spiritual practice couldn't complete:
Your BRAIN knows you're worthy. You've done the cognitive work. You can recite the affirmations. You genuinely understand, intellectually, that your worth isn't performance-based.
Your SPIRIT knows it too. Your meditation practice has shown you this truth. You've touched your divinity. You KNOW you're whole.
But your BODY still holds the original imprint.
The moment that little girl learned she had to be perfect to be loved.
The moment she discovered her needs were "too much."
The moment she realized love was something she had to earn.
That memory lives in your nervous system. In your cells. In the place words - and even spiritual practice - can't always reach.
You can't think your way out of a wound that lives in your body.
You can't meditate away trauma that's stored in your nervous system.
This is the gap between knowing and believing.
And this is why years of talk therapy, while valuable, haven't closed it.
This is why your spiritual practice opened the door but didn't complete the healing.
You've been working at the cognitive and spiritual levels - understanding, meditating, making meaning.
But the wound? The wound is somatic. It lives in your body's memory, in your nervous system's response patterns, in the way your heart clenches when you think about receiving love without earning it first.
The knowing becomes believing when your BODY finally gets the update.
The spiritual truth becomes embodied reality when your nervous system heals.
This is what The Worthiness Intensive offers:
Not another tool. Not another technique.
The actual bridge from knowing to believing.
Your Transformation

In The EMDR Worthiness Intensive:
You stop running from yourself.
You meet that younger version of yourself - the one who first learned she wasn't enough - and you offer her what she's been waiting decades to receive: unconditional love.
Through EMDR, we don't just visualize this. We don't just journal about it.
We GO there.
We float back to where it all began. The moment you first learned your worth was conditional.
And you meet your younger self with your adult eyes.
You see the little girl who thought she was "too much."
The child who believed she had to be perfect to be loved.
The achiever who learned worth was something you earn.
This is the moment everything shifts.
Not because you convinced yourself intellectually one more time.
Not because you added another healing practice to your routine.
But because you went back to the SOURCE - the actual memory where the wound was formed - and offered that little girl what she never received:
"You weren't too much. They were too little."
"None of that was your fault."
"You were always enough. Always whole. Always worthy - not because of what you did, but because of who you ARE."
We hold her in the light of your divinity - the truth your spiritual practice has shown you.
And your nervous system FINALLY gets the update.
The cognitive understanding you've worked so hard to build finally drops into your body.
The spiritual truth you've touched in meditation becomes embodied reality.
The knowing becomes believing.
And you walk away DIFFERENT.
Not because you learned something new.
But because you came home to who you've always been.

They stopped earning and started BEING
Timeline:
The core shift happens IN THE INTENSIVE.
You don't leave and "see how it goes over the next few months."
You walk away DIFFERENT.
Integration continues for weeks after - your nervous system keeps processing, your body keeps integrating.
But the moment you meet your younger self and offer her unconditional love?
That changes everything. Immediately.
What is EMDR?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) works with how your brain naturally processes information.
Through bilateral stimulation (eye movements, taps, or tones), EMDR helps your nervous system complete processing of experiences that got "stuck."
EMDR is especially effective for:
-
Single-incident trauma (car accidents, medical trauma, workplace conflicts, betrayals)
-
Anxiety and panic
-
PTSDPatterns that keep repeating (people-pleasing, perfectionism, reactivity)
-
Feeling on edge or hypervigilant
The research is clear: EMDR works. And when delivered in an intensive format, it works fast.
Why EMDR Intensives Work Better for Professionals:

Traditional weekly therapy:
❌ 50-minute sessions every week
❌ Finding the same time slot every week for 5-6 months
❌ Spending the first 10-15 minutes "catching up" on what happened since last week
❌ Getting only 20-30 minutes of actual processing
❌ Your brain has to "restart" processing each session
❌Week-long gaps that interrupt healing momentum
❌ Months of your life spent in symptom management mode
EMDR Intensives:
✅ 100% Virtual, done in the comfort of your own space
✅ Sustained processing time (3-6 hours) allows your system to complete healing cycles
✅ No week-long interruptions—your brain can finish what it starts
✅ Dedicate 1-3 days when you have space in your schedule (arranged around your life)
✅ Walk away with resolution, not just understanding
✅ Results in days, not months
✅ Get back to your life—functioning better, faster
This isn't about having more time. It's about using your time more efficiently.
The Real Cost of Waiting

Think about what unresolved trauma is costing you right now:
-
The sleep you're not getting (and how it affects your performance)
-
The reactivity with your family (and the guilt that comes after)
-
The decisions you're not making because anxiety holds you back
-
The version of yourself you're not showing up as—at work, at home, in life
This isn't just about feeling better. It's about reclaiming your energy, your presence, and your peace.
Traditional weekly therapy:
$150-250/session × 20-24 sessions = $3,000-$6,000 over 5-6 months
EMDR Intensives:
$1,320-$2,970 for 1-3 days
When you factor in not just financial cost but the opportunity cost of waiting months to heal—intensives are often the more efficient investment.

Meet Your Therapist

Hi I'm Vanessa!
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in EMDR Intensives for professionals who don't have time for traditional weekly therapy.
My background:
-
16 years as a Registered Yoga Teacher (500-hour certification)
-
EMDR trained and certified
-
Specialization in trauma-focused, somatic therapy
-
I blend Eastern somatic wisdom with Western clinical psychology

Who I work with:
Executives, attorneys, healthcare providers, entrepreneurs, busy moms and dads juggling it all, and other high-performing individuals who know they need support but can't commit to months of weekly appointments.
What makes my approach different:
I'm not interested in keeping you in therapy forever. I respect your intelligence, your time, and your capacity to heal. I work with you, not on you. And I trust that your system knows what it needs—I'm just providing the right conditions for healing to happen.
I practice what I call an "eclectic" approach—I meet you exactly where you are and use what actually works for you. Together, we'll create self-awareness, build self-compassion, and develop the skills that serve you long after our work together ends.
You don't have to feel this way forever. The healing and freedom you deserve is possible— and it might happen faster than you think.

EMDR:
"I never heard of EMDR before, but I found Vanessa and I liked her approach and felt a very strong trust at the beginning so I decided to try it. I am so glad I did because my life has completely changed. I was unemployed, depressed and socially anxious. I didn't want to leave the house because I was afraid of getting panic attack in public. Vanessa guided me through EMDR and we uncovered the reasons I felt this way and she helped me process all of the emotions from those memories and experiences. I was scared at first but Vanessa is so kind and knowledgeable, every time I heard her voice I knew it was going to be okay. Now I am employed, helping my family out with bills, going out with friends, and actually having meaningful connections with people. This is the first time I actually know what it feels like to love myself."

EMDR Intensives:
"I've worked with many therapists before having moved a lot for my job. I had a great EMDR therapist but was needing more intensive therapy, I knew my blocks, I knew my triggers, but I needed to get it all out as soon as possible because of current life events. Vanessa knew exactly how to begin this process. It has been amazing. I have let go of things I held on since I was a child. My body notices the difference too and I feel lighter and less pain overall."

Working Together:
"Vanessa has taught me how to learn to trust myself. Before this, that was an idea I couldn't even imagine. Now I truly know what it feels like to hear my intuition and trust myself. The self doubt and criticism are gone. Since then I have been having win after win in my life. I am forever grateful for finding Vanessa and working with her."
